Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with leadership in enterprise Salesforce implementations and contact center integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Voice and Amazon Connect CTI integration.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Experience conducting code reviews and establishing development best practices.
