What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the sale of complex and high-value outcome-based contracts through direct outreach to land new clients and expand existing relationships
- Develop and recommend strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support business growth
- Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver premium service to clients
- Identify opportunities for expansion of Salesforce services within the existing client base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in consulting or IT services selling in industries such as BFSI, Energy and Utilities, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharma, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Media, Technology, Travel, Transportation, and Logistics
- Minimum 4 years of Enterprise Sales and Business Development experience with Salesforce products
- Proven track record of managing and expanding client relationships
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
- Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling MuleSoft solutions in addition to Salesforce
- Advanced influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills
- Ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to client executives
- Strong skills in developing accounts through strategic partnerships
