Job summary

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring security, scalability, and adherence to state governance and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an occupational field related to the work, including Salesforce.
• At least one year performing at Senior/Lead/Matrixed Leadership.
• Experience with public sector or large-scale enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce Application Development team and ensure operational stability and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Drive the design, planning, and delivery of application features following OIT standards and best practices.
• Provide direct supervision for staff, oversee daily operations, and foster professional growth of direct reports.
• Execute annual performance management cycles with metrics-based staff plans and bi-annual reviews.
• Oversee fiscal responsibilities by identifying data-driven budget needs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Promote inclusive leadership and equity through training and development initiatives.
