Job summary

MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join a growing international pharmaceutical organisation and help develop and enhance its Salesforce platform. This hands-on role involves solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and partnering with both technical and business teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations and data modelling.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and source-driven development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Experience in Agile environments and delivering quality code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
• Build using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems
• Improve Salesforce performance and reduce technical debt
• Build and support CI/CD and Git-based deployment processes
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Work closely with Product Owners, IT, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and help drive Salesforce development best practices
• Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering standards
