Job summary

Kalles Group is seeking a Salesforce Engineer Consultant to design, develop, and optimize enterprise Salesforce solutions for client engagements. You will balance code‑based and declarative approaches, collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers to translate requirements into scalable platforms.

The role emphasizes hands‑on development, solution architecture, and continuous integration, with opportunities to mentor team members.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands‑on experience developing and configuring Salesforce Lightning Platform solutions.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and security models.
Experience with FSC or comparable Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or middleware.
Working knowledge of deployment methodologies including Salesforce DX, source‑driven development, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, and data access controls.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather business requirements and explain technical solutions.
Experience participating in Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative platform capabilities.
Evaluate business requirements and determine the best implementation approach using custom development or configuration.
Configure and extend Salesforce objects, automation, security models, page layouts, validation rules, and user experiences.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and Platform Events.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to platform architecture decisions.
Develop high‑quality, testable code and participate in code reviews and CI practices.
Support release management across development, testing, and production environments.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize platform performance, and address technical debt.
Maintain technical documentation and integration designs.
