The role:

• Lead end-to-end customer experience, coordinate and resolve critical technical issues promptly.
• Research, document, prioritize customer issues, and collaborate with escalation teams using internal tools.
• Raise issues to Product Engineering and develop technical expertise in assigned product areas.
• Mentor peers through a Swarming framework and create knowledge base materials to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement high-scale distributed systems, understanding scaling and operational concerns.
• Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, debug production code, and provide technical explanations to users.
• Experience: 18+ months in Salesforce Development and Integration.
• Required skills include Apex (JavaScript), HTML, SQL, problem-solving, and analytical thinking; familiarity with Certinia PSA is a plus.

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of Salesforce’s technical domains, including cloud platforms, development, and integrations.
• Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests.
• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience with external system integrations.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, integration tools, and Object-Oriented Analysis.
• Participate in technical design, develop documentation, troubleshoot, and fix issues.
