Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer to join the Salesforce Tech team. You will own and shape Salesforce solutions across the org, using Flow, Lightning, and declarative tools to deliver scalable, maintainable processes.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong collaboration across global teams, and a passion for best practices and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Glilot.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven Salesforce Admin/Implementor experience in a technical team
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Sales Cloud expertise | EAC, ECI, Pipeline Inspection and related features
• Hands-on experience with Flow, Lightning pages, and declarative automation
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using AI agents, Flow, and declarative tools
• Refactor user experience with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, dynamic lists and buttons
• Contribute to project discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable designs
• Create process documentation and architecture to share knowledge across teams
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Salesforce
• Keep up with Salesforce features and introduce new tools from the ecosystem

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly technical Salesforce Engineer to join our Salesforce Tech team on an adventure to reshape our Salesforce. The Salesforce team is part of the Applications & Integrations Group - globally responsible for business applications and cross organizational integrations, ensuring the delivery of innovative high-quality solutions to meet business and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, curious, and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, a team player and people person that following best practices is in his DNA and is looking to take full ownership on his domains.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain scalable solutions in the system using AI Coding Agents, declarative tools like Flow and other tools/packages


• Refactor our user experience with Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic list views and buttons – and other tools you know


• Take an active role in project discussions and planning to make sure the solution designed is the correct one, scalable and easy to maintain


• Create Process documentation and architecture to make sure knowledge is shared across our teams


• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within Salesforce


• Keep learning new Salesforce features and introduce new tools from the ecosystem to the team that can help our company and processes

Who you are:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Admin/Implementor in a technical Salesforce team


• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, showcasing expertise acquired through hands-on experience with complex Salesforce projects


• Sales Cloud Expertise, including EAC, ECI, Pipeline Inspection and other Sales Cloud Features


• In-depth expertise of the Salesforce platform, including its core functionalities, features, and configuration options


• Experience in cleanup projects like moving from WF and PB to Flow, consolidating profiles and Fields/Objects cleanup


• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flows, including screen flows and record-triggered Flows


• Hands on experience with Lightning page, dynamic forms and other Page/App Builder tools


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to small details


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment


• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Salesforce and technology

Advantage:

• Agentforce Experience – both internal Agents and Customer Facing Agents


• Experience working with Communities (Experience cloud)


• Hands On experience with tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, OwnBackup, DocuSign, Docomotion, FormAssembly, Varonis.


• Familiarity with Event Monitoring and Privacy Center and CRM Analytics


• Familiarity with Git, Version Control, CI/CD processes and Scrum methodology


• Knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies.


• Knowledge in Duplication Management tools and processes
