Job summary

Flosum is seeking a visionary product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform serving Salesforce release managers, developers, and CISOs. You will lead PMs, collaborate with engineers, and partner with customers to deliver impactful capabilities across DevOps, data protection, and security.

You will shape a category-defining product in Salesforce DevOps, balancing long-term strategy with rapid, customer-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a product leader with 3+ years leading PM teams.
• Salesforce native mindset; deep understanding of metadata and governor limits.
• Built DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products customers love.
• Strategic thinker who can define multi-year roadmaps and execute quickly.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence across customers, analysts, and board.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Build and mentor a high-performing PM team across DevOps, data, and security.
• Engage with admins, developers, release managers, and CISOs to translate insights into products.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch for flagship capabilities.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and ensure native alignment with platform.
