ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions in New York, NY, seeks a Manager Salesforce Development to lead four senior developers in a nonprofit healthcare setting. The role blends hands-on coding with people leadership, mentoring, and setting technical direction.

You'll stay close to code while shaping architecture across Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, driving modernizing efforts and API connectivity. Hybrid onsite 2 days/week.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience leading a software team (3–5 developers).
• Ability to code and mentor concurrently.
• Salesforce architecture and solution design knowledge.
• Experience with Health Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Awareness of AI trends in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four senior Salesforce developers, providing day-to-day technical direction and career mentorship
• Stay actively hands-on in Salesforce development - write and review code alongside the team, not just direct it
• Own technical direction for the Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Guide and contribute directly to the team's active work: evolving the Health Cloud-based contact center CRM application, retiring legacy Salesforce orgs and consolidating into a single modern instance, and supporting the ongoing member and provider portal build-out on Experience Cloud
• Bring an architectural point of view to the organization's broader integration strategy as it scales its API and system connectivity approach
• Improve team development practices and help developers identify and close capability gaps
• Bring current awareness of AI and other emerging developments in the Salesforce ecosystem into the team's approach
• Report initially to Salesforce/engineering leadership as the team's structure is established, with existing developers eventually reporting into this role
