Job summary

Toptal is seeking Salesforce Developers to accelerate delivery across Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Apex. Remote work is possible for talents in the USA or Canada, with a 6-hour overlap with East Coast time and a 12+ month commitment.

You will build and maintain Salesforce functionalities, review AI-generated code, and own PRs while collaborating with integration engineers. A strong testing mindset and security awareness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce stories from discovery-ready backlog through production with tests and release notes.
• Build and maintain Flows, LWC, and Apex functionality on bi-weekly cadence.
• Own pull requests, automated tests, defect fixes, and production-grade validation.
• Collaborate with integration engineers on API and MuleSoft-facing components.
• Use AI pair-programming for Flow, LWC, Apex, and unit-test scaffolding.
• Add automated tests and security checks within the same PR as the code.
• Ensure bulkification, sharing rules, security, and governor-limit compliance.
• Participate in peer reviews and P1 on-call rotation.
• Contribute reusable AI prompts and patterns to improve quality and speed.
