Job summary

Charlotte, NC - hybrid - 3 days onsite

12-18 month contract

$65/hour W2; Not available C2C or 1099

Lead Salesforce Developer with 7-10 years of experience to join an Agile team within a Commercial Credit Technology organization. This person will lead technical development efforts, contribute to enterprise Salesforce initiatives, and work closely with business and technology teams.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Administration
• Experience as a Lead Developer on large enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Strong MuleSoft/ESB and API integration experience
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, technical design, and code reviews
• Experience with testing, deployment/release management, and Metadata API
• Strong communication and leadership skills with minimal oversight
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

Nice to Have:

Financial Services/Banking experience, Salesforce PD1 certification, Lightning, nCino, Informatica/ETL, and experience mentoring junior developers.
