The role focuses on end-to-end deployments, metadata and data migrations, automation with quality gates, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce migrations using Copado.
• Proven experience deploying Salesforce across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Copado and Git.
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado.
• Experience coordinating data migration with metadata deployments via Copado workflows.
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates and clear promotion paths.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Description

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
• Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments
• Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
