Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
• Experience integrating third-party systems with Salesforce and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, and process builders.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced UX.
• Implement and manage Salesforce security (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Design and optimize data models, validation rules, and business processes logic.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments following best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile development practices.
