Job summary

Coderio in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and enterprise technology strategies. You will collaborate across Product, Analysts, Architects, QA, and stakeholders to build secure, high-performing integrations with nCino and other enterprise platforms.

Strong knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and related tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) skills.
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Experience with testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business goals and enterprise technology strategies.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Administrators, and business stakeholders to build secure, high-performing solutions across Salesforce and integrated enterprise platforms. You will contribute to technical decisions, improve platform scalability, and help deliver reliable capabilities in a complex business environment.

Experience with Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and enterprise integrations is a strong plus.

What To Expect In This Role

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Enterprise Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
• Solution Architecture: Develop scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and development standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Code Quality & Testing: Perform unit testing, code reviews, regression testing, and deployment validation to ensure high-quality releases.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain solution designs, data models, integration specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical options, manage expectations, and collaborate with business and third-party stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4/5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment tools.Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with testing, code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
