One of our companies is currently looking for a Salesforce Developer in the United States.
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of critical business systems within a high-impact team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform, collaborating closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams. You'll play a central role in optimizing operational workflows and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise tools. This position requires a strong understanding of Apex development, Salesforce architecture, and deployment best practices. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Evaluate and implement out-of-the-box vs custom solutions for automation and workflows
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and solve operational challenges
- Develop applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura), and REST APIs
- Manage source control and CI/CD processes using VS Code and GitHub
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams and process flows
- Contribute to ongoing projects, tech debt resolution, and performance enhancements
- Partner with the sustaining team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and long-term system support
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions with Apex, Lightning framework, and Salesforce tools
- Strong experience designing and building scalable Salesforce applications
- Proficiency in technical documentation and system architecture design
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with data modeling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control in a Salesforce environment
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-autonomy environments and drive consensus
