Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL optimization, Debug logs analysis, and Flows vs Apex interactions.
• Must be able to troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and review integration logs.
• Experience supporting public or government sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for end-user onboarding activities.
• Manage Tier 3 support for user escalations and incidents.
• Draft communications for Tier 3 escalations.
• Conduct performance analysis on production simulation activities.
