The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), and Marketing Cloud, along with expertise in Apex, Lightning development, and enterprise integrations.

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end development, integrations across product clouds.
• You have 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including Lightning WebComponents (LWC), JavaScript, Aura, Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Flows.
• You have experience working with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, DataCloud, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics.
• You hold Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
• You bring strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
• Experience developing large customer or citizen-facing portals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
