Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce developer to support our Salesforce platform operations (Service Delivery). The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud modules, with experience in development and support. The candidate must be a US Citizen based in the US mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues reported on the Production Salesforce Platform as part of operations and Service Delivery management.
• Monitor incidents logged via ServiceNow and manage operations to meet SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and Salesforce user groups across the enterprise. Communicate effectively with users and management regarding issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with support team members to identify system and process improvements.
• Work with Scrum Teams and Product Owners to onboard new features.
• Consult with developers and Solution Architects, providing technical advice to Product Owners, Managers, and stakeholders.
• Estimate effort, timing, and feasibility for enhancements and new features based on business needs.
• Coordinate with the Release Management team for deployments.
• Adhere to Salesforce standards, including error handling, trigger design, and bulkification, following best practices.

Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

• At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components like Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with customization and configuration of Salesforce components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in developing Salesforce modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using VisualForce, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Experience with web interfaces and APIs using Apex and web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting production environments.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills with users, executives, and leaders.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
