Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Salesforce Developer to join the team in Santa Clara, CA. You will support and optimize the organization’s Salesforce environment, drive new business processes, and enable quoting, case management, integrations, and other core activities.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of Salesforce/Software Engineering experience, strong JavaScript skills, and the ability to work onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Salesforce.com Developer.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week.
• Strong understanding of the SFDC platform, including building custom apps/objects, formulas, and Flow Builder.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations.
• Develop solutions using Apex and JavaScript.
• Design and deploy Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Provide production support and code reviews.
