Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring an Associate Salesforce Developer – Shockwave Medica to join our Salesforce team in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on ongoing development, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce environment to support quoting, case management, integrations, and other core processes.

You will collaborate with Commercial Operations, analysts, and stakeholders to improve business processes and drive user adoption, with day-to-day configuration and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Software Engineer or Salesforce.com Developer.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week.
• JavaScript knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong SFDC platform knowledge: custom apps/objects, formulas, Flow Builder, views.
• Experience across lead tracking, quotes, campaigns, security models, and account hierarchies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations.
• Scope and complete new development requests.
• Define current-state processes with user community.
• Support Sales software and hardware tools (Salesforce, iPads, Formyoula).
• Design and implement new processes; drive user adoption.
• Build apps/objects, formulas, workflows, views; intermediate complexity content.
• Develop with Apex and JavaScript.
• Create triggers and Lightning Web Components to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production activities.
• Participate in code reviews and best practices.
• Use automation tools to improve efficiency and scalable solutions.
