Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Salesforce Developer to join the Shockwave Medica l team in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on supporting Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customization to improve quoting, case management, and other core processes.

The candidate will work with the Salesforce team to implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com solutions, collaborating with Commercial Operations and stakeholders to drive user adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Salesforce.com Developer.
Onsite work required: three days per week.
JavaScript knowledge preferred.
Solid understanding of SFDC platform and building custom apps/objects, flows and views.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Develop Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components interfaces.
Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
