Pletra Technology India Private Limited in Pune is seeking a motivated Salesforce intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support.

You will assist with user management, data entry, security settings, and configuration of objects and reports, collaborating to resolve issues. Freshers welcome; on-site, day shift, in-person work in Pune, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate must graduate by 2021 or earlier.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings.
• Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
• Participate in the testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and updates.
• Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
• Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and updates, and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
