Ideal candidates are pursuing a CS/SE degree, have OO programming experience, and are eager to learn Salesforce, web development, Git, REST APIs, and cloud platforms in a collaborative consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Two years completed toward a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with object‑oriented programming.
• Familiarity with Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or Apex.
• Basic SQL concepts and database understanding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and configuring Salesforce apps using declarative and programmatic tools.
• Support Lightning components, Flows, Apex, triggers, and integrations with guidance.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to enhancements.
• Create technical docs and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and other developers to translate requirements.
• Gain exposure to Salesforce DevOps, version control, CI/CD, and Agile methods.
• Learn consulting practices while working on real client engagements.
