Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (internships, coursework, or projects count).
• Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL/SOQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce best practices and platform updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce components: custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs under guidance from senior developers.
• Configure Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate processes.
• Support declarative solutions and data integrations (Data Loader, REST/SOAP).
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality and coverage.
• Assist with UAT, deployments, and release management best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Help build AI-enabled features within Salesforce and validate responses.
