The role emphasizes Apex, Flow, CI/CD, and cross‑functional collaboration with analysts, product owners, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
• Experience building and supporting scalable applications, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of modern development practices, including integrations, asynchronous processing, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce certifications and Financial Services Cloud experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Build APIs, interface components, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data models, validation rules, and data quality controls.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and engineers to deliver solutions.
• Follow governance, testing, and documentation standards; pursue continuous improvement.
