Job summary

Taskr is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise client team in Dallas, TX. You will design and maintain integrations, optimize data flows, and support ongoing CRM development to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, ensure security controls, and drive business value through scalable data processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and customising Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and business processes.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations using modern APIs and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of security best practices, authentication methods, and data governance principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure integrations between CRM platforms and external business systems.
• Develop scalable solutions to support real-time and batch data processing requirements.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Design and implement data transformation and mapping processes across multiple systems and datasets.
• Configure and maintain authentication, authorisation, and security controls to protect business-critical data.
• Develop automated workflows, custom functionality, and system enhancements to support evolving business needs.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide production support for system and integration-related incidents.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support deployment activities and manage configurations across multiple environments.
