Job Description for a Delivery Technical Consultant - Salesforce

1. Work on NCR Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations.
2. Solution customer requirements within product boundaries through configurations, customizations, and integrations.
3. Collaborate with an implementation team including a team lead, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and BA to deliver according to the project plan.
4. Participate in customer and partner interactions throughout the project for requirements gathering, solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes, management, live cutover, and transition support.
5. Train and guide newly onboarded Salesforce developers on configurations, customizations, and integrations on Terafina.
6. Serve as a contact point for the Terafina support team to handle delivery issues reported by customers.
7. Willing to work with teams across the US and India.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and deploying solutions to end users.
• Technical project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
• 5+ years of previous development experience, preferably in Salesforce.
• Experience with banking domain projects or products is preferred but not required.
