Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow.
• Enhance Field Service and Service Cloud for cases, work orders, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events.
• Troubleshoot complex application, data, and performance issues.
• Participate in architecture decisions and establish standards for deployment and docs.
• Support Salesforce administration and configuration, including security and automation.
