Job summary

MindPal is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to design and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team. This hands-on role focuses on architecture, workflows, and integrations, with ownership from day one.

You will work remotely with flexible hours, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that meet client needs and accelerate business impact. Excellent English and proactive, independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Experience with integrations is a big plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Willingness to overlap with CET hours for collaboration.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce architecture and workflows to help us customize and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team. Salesforce has already been implemented, but it now needs fast, thoughtful customization and integration with external tools. This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve Salesforce architecture
• Build and optimize Salesforce workflows (especially for tool integrations)
• Customize Salesforce to fit business needs quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and internal teams
• Work directly with the client to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
• Actively receive and respond to feedback
• Ensure scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows
• Experience with integrations is a big plus
• Very good English skills (B2+ or higher) — client-facing communication
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Availability during flexible hours (not a strict 9–5; overlap between ~12:00–20:00 CET works well)
