Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation, based in McLean, VA, is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Architect for a full-time, hybrid role in the DMV area. You will design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices.

Requirements include 7+ years in Salesforce, a IT-related Bachelor's, and active Salesforce certification. Experience with Apex/Visualforce/Lightning and REST/SOAP integrations is essential; CPQ/Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Salesforce Developer/Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Active Salesforce certification.
• Experience customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations; CPQ and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Architect to join their team. This is a full-time position and hybrid onsite in the DMV area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuring and customizing the platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionality

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Active Salesforce certification
• Extensive experience customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
