Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Salesforce Developer/Architect.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Active Salesforce certification.
• Experience customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuring and customizing the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionality.
• Participate in system and integration testing, as well as user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned.
