Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for onsite work in Reston, VA. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions with hands-on expertise across Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integration patterns.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security and governor limit compliance, and contribute to CI/CD processes using Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP and OAuth.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins and Salesforce DX for CI/CD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Build and support solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC and SOQL/SOSL.
• Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security, data management, and governor limits.
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities using Git, Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements for performance.
