Job summary
Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the Financial Services unit to lead Salesforce architecture design, integration, and customization efforts for ERP-like packages. You will design solutions, build AI-powered agents with Agentforce, and work across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate complex requirements into development tasks, and contribute to secure, scalable implementations while ensuring knowledge transfer through
Qualifications
- Hands-on Salesforce architecture design, integration, security and scalability.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce for building AI-powered agents and automations.
- Proficiency with LWC and Aura Components for custom Salesforce apps.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering across business units and validate specifications.
- Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules and features.
- Develop and integrate new features, review code, and maintain stability and compliance.
- Configure interfaces, run ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
- Assess ERP performance and ensure security and regulatory compliance of customizations.
- Create documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
