Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the United States to join our Financial Services unit. You will participate in requirements gathering across business units, assist in validating specifications, and help customize ERP modules to align with client goals. This role demands hands-on experience with Agentforce, LWC, and Aura, plus a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.

Relocation/travel may be required. Infosys does not sponsor immigration for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:

Pennington NJ $90,722 - $121,524
