DRUM Upskill, a partner of a leading insurance organization, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance agent-facing tools and integrations across CRM and marketing platforms.

You will build dashboards, support and extend applications, and implement REST API integrations while collaborating with product owners, QA, offshore teams, and business stakeholders. This role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce development and front-end UI work for the agent workforce.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Experience with REST API integrations and external system data exchange.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work with vendors.
• Willingness to learn new technologies; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and visual components from Salesforce data for agents.
• Support existing applications, fix defects, and improve Salesforce environment.
• Build and troubleshoot REST API integrations with third-party tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, leads, QA, offshore developers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to agent marketing workflows and email campaigns as initiatives expand.
