Job summary

Kraft Sports + Entertainment, part of The Kraft Group, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to optimize the enterprise CRM across its portfolio (Patriots, Revolution, Gillette Stadium). You will design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce customizations, extensions, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

You will work with the KSE CRM team to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring data quality, and aligning with release schedules and business

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of development experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce design patterns, development practices, and deployment.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework.
• Experience with APIs and Integrations.
• Experience on an Agile development team.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, page layouts, automations, triggers, dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Jira or other product development tools.
• Salesforce CPQ and Marketo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce developer and subject matter expert.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
• Develop UI using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Support declarative development including flows, validation rules, and complex formulas.
• Gather technical requirements and assess downstream data impacts before changes.
• Implement backlog enhancements aligned with release schedules and business needs.
• Identify data sources feeding the CRM and partner with vendors to pull data.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and best practices for customizations and integrations.
• Manage prioritization and strict project timelines.
• Understand complex data models ensuring scalable changes.
• Design, code, test, debug, package and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create documentation and user materials; support release activities and UAT.
• Coordinate release scope, testing, and production readiness.
• Handle special projects as business dictates.
• Maintain data privacy and compliance per policies and regulations including HIPAA.

The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the enterprise-wide CRM for Kraft Sports + Entertainment, whose member companies include the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the KSE CRM team to help translate business needs into effective and scalable products within Salesforce, and be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation work of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the KSE CRM team to help translate business needs into effective and scalable products within Salesforce, and be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation work of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Salesforce developer and subject matter expert
• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations
• Develop intuitive user interface (UI) using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and JQuery technologies
• Support Salesforce declarative development, including but not limited to flows, validation rules, complex formulas, lightning record pages, custom objects and custom record types.
• Gather technical requirements and proactively ask questions to understand potential downstream impacts of software changes made before changes are implemented.
• Implement backlog enhancements and feature requests in accordance with upcoming software release schedules and business needs
• Identify the sources of data that feed the CRM system (data warehouse, Marketo, phone system, SMS-MMS, etc.) and partner with third party vendors as needed to pull in relevant data to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Stay up to date on all Salesforce product releases, system updates and best practices to steer new customizations and integrations.
• Identify when re-prioritizing action items are required given the fluctuating nature of the business, and adhere to strict project timelines
• Understand complex data models and ensure changes in those models are scalable and efficient
• Design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help create related materials for users as the application evolves
• Coordinate release activities for all phases of delivery including but not limited to review of roadmap priorities, release scope, test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT) signoff and production readiness
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
• Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience with Apex coding best practices, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework

• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, page layouts, automations, triggers, record types, dashboards and reports
• Experience with JIRA or other product development tools
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketo preferred
• Experience working with ticketing databases (Ticketmaster Archtics) preferredMust have strong teamwork and relationship management skills, working effectively with all personnel to support a strong, unified culture
