Job summary

Kraft Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Salesforce Developer to maximize its enterprise CRM across Patriots, Revolution, and Gillette Stadium ecosystems. You will design, develop, test and implement Salesforce customizations, extensions, and integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; API integrations; Agile team experience; Jira

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of development experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce design patterns, development practices, and deployment best practices.
• Experience with Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
• Design, code, test, and deploy UI components using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Support declarative development including flows, validation rules, complex formulas, and custom objects/types.
• Gather technical requirements and assess downstream impacts of changes.
• Coordinate release activities for all phases of delivery including UAT and production readiness.

SUMMARYThe Salesforce Developer will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the enterprise-wide CRM for Kraft Sports + Entertainment, whose member companies include the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium.
