Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering Salesforce integrations with internal applications and external vendors or partners.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and APIs such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and platform events, along with authentication models and error-handling strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment tools.
• Comfort with admin-level configurations, including page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and data modeling.
• Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in fintech or payments, familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, relevant Salesforce certifications, and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions, including integrations with internal systems, third-party vendors, and partner platforms supporting payment workflows.
• Lead integration efforts from scoping through implementation, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Implement resilient error handling, retries, reconciliation, and monitoring mechanisms to maintain high system reliability and early detection of issues.
• Act as the technical point of contact during vendor and partner discussions, providing expert guidance on solution design and implementation.
• Reduce technical debt by refactoring legacy integration code, optimizing performance, and enhancing testability and supportability.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce structured release, validation, and version control practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI integration in development workflows.

About The Role
