As a key contributor, you'll leverage your Salesforce expertise to drive impactful solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and innovate within our Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:
Customize and improve existing solutions in Salesforce Core Clouds.
Manage access and roles for users efficiently.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed solutions by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain clear and proactive communication to seek information, direction, and prioritization.
Required Skills:
+ 6 years of experience as Salesforce Developer
Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
Experience with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing rules, especially in managing roles and permissions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with LWC (Lightning Web Components).
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required).
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred).
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred).
Any salesforce cloud certification Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud (Preferred).
Salesforce Certified Architect (Optional).
Soft Skills:
Excellent clarity in communication and proactive in seeking information.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
