Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Salesforce Developer to analyze, design, and implement processes within Salesforce. You will develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and manage multiple sandboxes and production deployments.

The role includes tier-two support and collaborating with business teams to balance configuration and code, with travel up to 15%. Ideal candidates have a BS in CS or MIS with 2–4 years Salesforce Dev experience or equivalent HS diploma with 5–7+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with 2–4 years Salesforce Developer experience (Lightning Web Components, APEX, declarative features) or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement processes and technology within Salesforce.
• Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and goals.
• Manage multiple sandboxes and migration of code/configuration to production Salesforce environment.
• Provide tier-two support for Salesforce environments, including custom apps, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance when evaluating and designing solutions, ensuring impacted components are addressed.
• Collaborate with business teams to create complex solutions aligning with long-term strategy while keeping environment simple.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• The Developer is expected to perform analysis, design, development, and implementation of process and technology within the Salesforce suite of applications

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and goals

• Manage development environments including multiple sandboxes and the migration process for code and configuration to production Salesforce environment

• Provide tier-two support of Salesforce environment, primarily related to customized applications, workflows, and integrations

• Provide technical expertise when evaluating and designing solutions ensuring all components and subsystems impacted are properly addressed during business application build and deployment

• Work closely with business teams to develop complex solutions that follow best practices evaluating configuration versus code to best support the long-term strategy of the organization while maintaining simplicity in the environment

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

• Other duties as assigned

  Required Education and Experience:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with 2 to 4 years working as a Salesforce Developer working with Lightning Web Components, APEX, and Salesforce declarative features, Salesforce data management concepts and integrating systems and data or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of the above stated experience

  Preferred Education and Experience:

  Experience with Consumer Goods, Salesforce Live Chat and bot capabilities a plus

• Advanced Admin Certification

• Salesforce Dev 1 Certification and Dev 2 Certification

• Demonstrated proficiency in effort estimation, working with business sponsors, development execution and testing

• Experience with distribution and order management systems such as VIP (Vermont Information Processing)
