What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Developer for our Corpay division. This position falls under our CORPAY line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team of project managers, business stakeholders, and technical resources to enhance Corpay’s Salesforce solution. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing scalable solutions to improve user satisfaction and efficiency, and is comfortable communicating design options, assisting with change management, and adhering to governance standards.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

• Leading Salesforce technology initiatives and collaborating with business and technical teams
• Understanding business needs and guiding implementation based on requirements
• Designing and implementing scalable solutions to meet business objectives
• Enhancing and maintaining Salesforce digital experience sites (communities/portals)
• Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, resolving bugs, and implementing solutions
• Working with external consultants when needed
• Owning system documentation for Salesforce and its integrations
• Performing other duties as required; occasional night and weekend work may be necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum two years of experience with Salesforce
• College degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce developer certifications (preferred)
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative capabilities
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, unit testing, and code review
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce digital experience sites (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, sandbox management, and deployment
