Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Remote, OR. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that solutions align with best practices and organizational standards. The developer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce applications, performing unit and integration testing, troubleshooting issues, and supporting deployments. Ongoing responsibilities include documentation of configurations and code, participation in code reviews, and staying current with new Salesforce features to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform skills, including Apex development, Visualforce/Lightning components, process automation (flows, workflows), and custom object modeling.


• Experience with integrations and related technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware or ETL tools.


• Knowledge of software development practices, including SDLC, version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD concepts.


• Understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and security/permission models within Salesforce.


• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly preferred.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Ability to analyze requirements, write clear technical documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience working in on-site, cross-functional teams and the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs.


• Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
