Job summary

Technogen India Pvt. Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Developer. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce/Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position with ongoing maintenance, testing, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform skills including Apex, Visualforce/Lightning components and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML and ETL tools for integrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Git, testing frameworks and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding CRM processes, data modeling, security and permissions in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write technical documentation, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in on-site, cross-functional teams and adapting to business needs.
• Exposure to BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions on the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications, perform testing and deployments.
• Document configurations and code; participate in code reviews; stay current with new Salesforce features.
