Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience to support the development of a CRM solution for our Business Banking platform.
• The team is working on several new features and enhancements that need to be developed and released. The ideal candidate must be highly hands-on with Salesforce development, capable of taking ownership of projects and features, and comfortable collaborating with different team leaders across business and product teams.
• This is an individual contributor role, not a traditional team lead position. However, the candidate will be expected to take ownership of deliverables, communicate effectively with business stakeholders and leadership, and may have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities and manage direct reports depending on their experience.
• The candidate will participate in both solution design and architecture discussions, as well as hands-on development. A strong understanding of Salesforce data volumes, the challenges associated with handling large datasets, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions are essential.

• Experience with Bitbucket for version control.
• Salesforce certifications.
• W2 candidates only.
• Local or nearby candidates who can commute to New York City are preferred.
• Candidates must have strong hands-on development skills along with the ability to take ownership of features and collaborate with business and technical leadership.
