CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Round 1 with HM: 30-minute session combining behavioral and technical questions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a Technology-related field.
• 7+ years of development experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.
• Experience building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (e.g., Flows) and pro code (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce clear and concise design documentation.
• Participation in architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Willingness to learn additional skills as needed to meet business requirements.
