Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to analyze, design, and implement solutions across the Salesforce platform. You will build customized apps, manage multiple sandboxes, and support integrations to help critical business processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce declarative features, and can work with business teams to deliver scalable solutions. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with 2 to 4 years Salesforce Developer experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, APEX, and Salesforce declarative features.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement processes and technology within Salesforce.
• Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business functions and meet project goals.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• the Developer is expected to perform analysis, design, development, and implementation of process and technology within the Salesforce suite of applications
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and goals
• Manage development environments including multiple sandboxes and the migration process for code and configuration to production Salesforce environment
• Provide tier-two support of Salesforce environment, primarily related to customized applications, workflows, and integrations
• Provide technical expertise when evaluating and designing solutions ensuring all components and subsystems impacted are properly addressed during business application build and deployment
• Work closely with business teams to develop complex solutions that follow best practices evaluating configuration versus code to best support the long-term strategy of the organization while maintaining simplicity in the environment
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with 2 to 4 years working as a Salesforce Developer working with Lightning Web Components, APEX, and Salesforce declarative features, Salesforce data management concepts and integrating systems and data or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of the above stated experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience with Consumer Goods, Salesforce Live Chat and bot capabilities a plus
• Advanced Admin Certification
• Salesforce Dev 1 Certification andDev 2 Certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in effort estimation, working with business sponsors, development execution and testing
• Experience with distribution and order management systems such as VIP (Vermont Information Processing)
