Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce development with Apex and customization.
• Experience building UIs with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Strong Salesforce administration: configuration, user management, security, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of data modeling, integrations, and development best practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Administrator are beneficial.
• Experience collaborating remotely with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
