Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs and enterprise-level integration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration projects and web services (SOAP/REST).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications including Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions with tests and documentation.
• Perform routine updates and troubleshooting in a highly customized Salesforce environment.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications using real-time, batch, and asynchronous methods.
• Utilize Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, and Eclipse Force.com IDE for data management and migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with best practices.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, consolidate details, and extract functional requirements.
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
