Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud or other core Salesforce products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce features including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform integrations with REST/SOAP APIs to external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Manage sandboxes, deployments, and release management using Salesforce DX or Change Sets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs in Salesforce.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits
• Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release management using tools like Salesforce DX or Change Sets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other core Salesforce products
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data management best practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
