We invest in exceptional people — with a team of over 800 and growing — fostering our employees’ careers and celebrating them at every step of the way. Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer / Administrator with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience managing complex Salesforce environments, executing deployments, and delivering scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with teams across Technology, Sales, Operations, and Marketing. This role will serve as both a technical expert and trusted system owner, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged to meet business needs while maintaining governance, performance, and data integrity.

In This Role
Platform Administration & Configuration

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure proper access and data protection.

Customize Salesforce objects, record types, fields, Lightning pages, and layouts to optimize user experience and data management.

Build and manage flows, workflow rules, and approval processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational and leadership reporting.

Use Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and other tools for data import/export, cleansing, and validation.

Conduct regular data audits, backups, and validations to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Development & Customization

Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes for automation and integration.

Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages to extend system functionality.

Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems via APIs and middleware tools to enable seamless data flow.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability.

Deployments & Release Management

Plan, manage, and execute deployments across sandbox and production environments using Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, and Salesforce CLI (SFDX).

Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth, low‑risk releases.

Maintain detailed deployment and configuration documentation for traceability and compliance.

Monitor post‑deployment performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration & Support

Act as a primary point of contact for Salesforce‑related inquiries, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Partner with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and refine requirements.

Deliver end‑user training, create documentation, and promote best practices across the organization.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand‑ups to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

System Optimization & Governance

Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance enhancements.

Stay informed of Salesforce seasonal releases, evaluating and deploying relevant new features.

Maintain adherence to data governance, security, and compliance policies.

Support documentation of configurations, architecture, and integrations for transparency and audit readiness.
